Lead Radiology Technologist

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Radiology Technologist to join the imaging team at Providence in Portland, Oregon. In this leadership role, you will support daily imaging operations while performing diagnostic radiology procedures and assisting with workflow coordination, staff support, and quality assurance initiatives.

The Lead Radiology Technologist will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient care. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $97,000 to $151,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative healthcare environment focused on clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Education meeting requirements for radiologic technology certification and licensure.
• Oregon Radiographer License upon hire.
• Registered Technologist – Radiography (R.T.(R)) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of diagnostic imaging experience.
• Previous leadership or lead technologist experience preferred.
• Strong technical, communication, and workflow coordination skills.
