Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic imaging experience, radiology workflow coordination expertise, and the ability to lead operations within a high-volume radiology department. This role supports daily radiology operations, staff coordination, patient scheduling, workflow management, and direct radiographic procedures within a fast-paced acute care environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRadiology Operations & Workflow Coordination- Monitor and assist with daily technical operations within Diagnostic Imaging.
- Coordinate workflow and radiology scheduling to ensure efficient patient throughput.
- Oversee daily radiology department schedules for:
- Technologist assignments
- Patient scheduling
- Exam workflow coordination
- Schedule inpatient imaging exams in a timely manner to meet patient care needs.
Diagnostic Imaging & Patient Care- Perform radiographic procedures according to hospital quality and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate imaging practices and patient positioning techniques.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered imaging care.
- Support smooth patient flow within a high-volume radiology environment.
Leadership & Staff Support- Assist with staff training and onboarding activities.
- Support team coordination and communication across departments.
- Address equipment concerns, operational issues, and safety-related matters.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments.
Equipment, Safety & Compliance- Monitor imaging equipment functionality and escalate technical concerns as needed.
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety and regulatory standards.
- Support departmental quality assurance and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to hospital imaging policies and procedures.

Experience- Experience working in Diagnostic Imaging environments required.
- Ability to work effectively within high-volume hospital settings.
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of Diagnostic Imaging experience preferred.
- Experience supporting workflow coordination within radiology departments.
- Experience working in acute care hospital environments.
- Experience assisting with staff coordination and training.
