Job Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing React.js-based applications using Redux.
  • Strong proficiency with Node.js, Webpack, and other tools related to React front-end development.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and development tools.
  • Experience developing enterprise-grade responsive web applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using front-end technologies and related testing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and accountability to the software development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing situations with a focus on delivering the best customer experience.
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems.
  • Conduct frequent brainstorming sessions, motivate teams, and drive innovation while helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.
  • Make sound technical decisions and judgments.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
