We are seeking a Lead Receiving Coordinator to join a growing warehouse team in Stafford, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
What You'll Do
As the Lead Receiving Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring incoming shipments are received accurately and efficiently while supporting inventory control and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Monitor and coordinate incoming deliveries
? Receive and enter shipment information into the warehouse management system
? Identify, document, and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies
? Replenish inventory in forward pick locations using RF scanners and manual requests
? Communicate shipment and inventory updates via phone, email, and in person
? Deliver exceptional internal customer service
? Coordinate timely distribution of personal packages
? Count and maintain packaging and shipping supply inventory
? Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
? Support additional warehouse and receiving activities as needed
What We're Looking For
? Minimum 2 years of receiving, inventory, or warehouse coordination experience
? 1-2 years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
? Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
? Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Electric forklift experience preferred
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical & Schedule Requirements
? Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM (typical 8-hour shifts)
? Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
? Ability to stand and walk for 9+ hours per day
? Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
