You'll play a critical role in troubleshooting, installations, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, to code, and with top-tier craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical projects for residential and light commercial clients from start to finish
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install and maintain wiring systems, fixtures, and other electrical components
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Guide and mentor junior technicians and apprentices on job sites
- Conduct safety checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred
