Responsibilities:
<\/b><\/span><\/span>
  • Lead a small team of residential electricians to install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and service panels<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Read blueprints and schematics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform electrical upgrades, remodel installations and new construction wiring<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Test electrical systems and components for safety and efficiency<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify problems and make repairs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and contractors to explain issues, timelines, and recommend solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • High school diploma or equivalent<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Must have experience to lead a small team of residential electricians<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 3+ years of residential electrical experience (or equivalent apprenticeship)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of the NEC<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to use electrical testing tools, hand tools, and power tools safely<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics/crawl spaces<\/span><\/span><\/span>
