A leading provider of comprehensive heating, cooling, and mechanical solutions is currently seeking a Senior HVAC Installation Technician to join their Residential Install division servicing Exton, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform expert-level installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Install a wide variety of equipment, including heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, ductless split systems, boilers, and geothermal units.
- Operate independently on job sites while actively collaborating with team members as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HVAC team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation for all installations, including job reports and required paperwork.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
- Uphold safety-sensitive standards and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel and clients.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in residential HVAC system installations.
- Prior experience with boiler installations is highly preferred.
- Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year technical school is beneficial but not required.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- CFC Certification - Type I and II required; Universal certification is preferred.
- High-level proficiency with technology, including the use of iPads and professional email communication.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and a "do it right the first time" mindset.
- Strong desire to continuously learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
- Ability to work in both independent and team-based environments, with minimal supervision.

Key Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise in residential HVAC installation across a range of system types and complexities.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Experience mentoring or training less experienced technicians.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and participate in ongoing technical training.
- Adherence to workplace safety protocols and procedures, particularly within safety-sensitive environments.
