Base Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Total Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000+ Total Annual Compensation

NATE training and career development
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, boilers, geothermal systems, and IAQ equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work with high-efficiency equipment, support customer education, and help maintain Ocean State's strong reputation for craftsmanship and professionalism. Senior technicians will also have opportunities to mentor developing team members and contribute to operational excellence.
5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Journeyman License
EPA Certification
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with boilers, heat pumps, and piping systems preferred
Excellent customer communication
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
