SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for working with adults diagnosed with a psychological disorder in a residential setting. The primary responsibility is to administer/distribute medications to residents, report any unusual symptoms or behaviors and evaluate responses of residents to medications given and treat minor illnesses or injuries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete face to face contacts with apartment clients daily as assigned and document accordingly in the agency electronic health record
- On call 7 days/week to cover openings in the group homes for evening/overnight vacancies
- Provide support to staff working at the group homes to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, documentation is completed, and that client needs are appropriately addressed
- Takes all calls/reports during the shift and escalates appropriately
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training
Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.
