This role will focus on workforce planning, consultant staffing, bench management, and staffing analytics across a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage staffing and resource allocation across a large Data & AI consulting group
Analyze consultant availability, project demand, and staffing priorities
Support bench management, consultant engagement, and training coordination
Build and maintain staffing dashboards, reporting, and workforce insights
Partner with consulting leaders and operations teams on staffing strategy

Requirements:

5-7+ years of experience in resource management, staffing operations, or workforce planning
Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or technology organizations preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, and workforce reporting tools
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
