Lead Respiratory Therapist

The Lead Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, professional and federal regulations and guidelines. In addition, the position is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and supervision of patient care program, policies, and procedures that describe how patients'' needs for respiratory care, treatment and services are assessed, evaluated, and met; promoting an environment and culture that enables the company to fulfill its mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, motivating staff to improve performance, and coordinating administrative and clinical activities.
