AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking a Full Time LeadRespiratory Therapists (RT)! The Lead Respiratory Therapist reports to the hospital Chief Clinical Officer or Chief Executive Officer. The Lead RT is scheduled for regular staff assignments and delivers safe, competent pulmonary care, via multiple modalities, to patients under the direction of the physician and in accordance with standards of practice, regulatory and licensure standards, and within hospital policies and procedures. The Lead RT is an engaged, active member of the interdisciplinary care team. As an additional duty to staff assignments, the Lead RT is responsible for assuring that the department has adequate numbers of staff to care for the patient population through provision of departmental staffing schedules. The Lead RT also assures appropriate and adequate supplies and equipment to care for patient population.
