Today, we are building the next generation of the company by combining decades of restoration experience with modern systems, digital documentation, automation, and responsible AI-assisted workflows.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, works safely, and leads by example in the field.WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Perform and help lead water mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke mitigation, odor-control, and related restoration work.
• Follow project scope, work orders, company procedures, and direction from project management.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain drying, remediation, extraction, and air-quality equipment.
• Perform moisture inspections, readings, monitoring, and jobsite documentation.
• Maintain accurate photos, notes, readings, and job updates in company systems.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify jobsite concerns, safety issues, or scope changes and escalate them promptly.
• Help guide and support technicians assigned to the project.
• Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation for emergency response.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Restoration or mitigation field experience; lead experience is a plus.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company and insurance driving requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability, good judgment, follow-through, and a team-first attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
• Comfort using smartphones, mobile apps, cloud-based systems, and digital field documentation.
• Willingness to learn and appropriately use approved AI-assisted tools and modern technology as part of DRYOUTpro PLUS workflows.
PHYSICAL & FIELD REQUIREMENTS
This is an active field role. Essential duties may include regularly lifting and carrying equipment or materials weighing approximately 50 pounds; handling heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling; climbing ladders; and working in attics, crawlspaces, or other limited-access areas when appropriate. Team members may work in hot, humid, dusty, or otherwise challenging restoration environments and must use required PPE and follow company safety procedures.
WHY DRYOUTpro PLUS
We are a locally owned restoration company investing in better systems, better training, and better ways of working. New team members receive structured onboarding, technology and field training, and 30/60/90-day development checkpoints designed to help them succeed.
The best Lead Technicians here do more than complete tasks. They protect the customer's property, the company's equipment, and the reputation we have built over more than three decades. They communicate when something is not right, document the job correctly, help their teammates, keep learning, and leave the job better than they found it.
️If that sounds like the way you work, we would like to hear from you.
