Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
- Works with Leadership Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
- Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
- Results oriented, metrics driven
- 1+ years of Sales experience in membership sales
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be goal driven,outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends
- MindBody Software experience
