Lead Retail Sales Associate - Eastwood Automotive

The Eastwood Company is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager in leading the Pasadena Retail Store team to achieve results.

Working with the Store Manager, the Lead will: 

• Open and close the store according to company procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with sales goals
• Lead and support sales associates during assigned shifts
• Handle cash management, deposits, and register reconciliation
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock replenishment
• Address customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
• Support hiring, training, and development initiatives as needed

Qualified candidates will have:

• Retail experience
• Experience delivering exceptional customer experience
• Experience leading and coaching others
• Auto restoration experience or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with computers and systems
• Previous cashiering experience helpful

Other important information:

• base pay, $17- $23 per hour, plus incentives
• schedule will be within 7am-7pm weekdays and 8am-6pm on weekends
