Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide on-the-job training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving sales and retention goals.Maintain up-to-date product and operational knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert for teammates and customers.Support Store Manager in maintaining store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Execute customer service delivery process accurately and efficiently, both in-store and over the phone.Proactively retain customers through rate plan analysis, outbound calls, and presenting renewal offerings, while adhering to company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred.Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette and sales presentations.Proficiency in interpersonal skills such as conflict management, negotiation, and relationship building.Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Windows, with the ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math.
