What will you do?

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple retail locations, serving as the primary point of contact for Retail Supervisors while coordinating staffing assignments
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue while enhancing the guest experience
  • Support promotional programs, seasonal merchandising initiatives, and product launches to drive business results
  • Oversee inventory activities including stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, organization, and monthly counts
  • Ensure compliance with point-of-sale procedures, financial controls, and operational standards across the store, conducting audits to verify adherence to merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention requirements
  • Prepare operational reports, communicate business updates to leadership, and assist with store reset execution while analyzing business performance and inventory trends to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned by management

More about you

  • Minimum of 1-2 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Previous experience working with point of sale system required
  • High school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Constant standing, lifting, climbing, and repetitive motions
