Position Summary
The Lead Safety and Quality Consultant-Licensed is a senior, high-level individual contributor responsible for the strategic oversight and successful execution of the enterprise's most complex and high-visibility clinical and operational initiatives. The Lead Consultant provides portfolio-level leadership, ensuring organizational alignment, methodological rigor, and consistency across initiatives. This role serves as a key bridge between executive leadership and frontline execution, operating with a high degree of independence and professional judgment. The Lead Consultant acts as a primary liaison with departmental and divisional stakeholders, supports and mentors' junior staff through guidance and subject-matter expertise, and may assist in preparing and presenting materials to executive leadership to drive sustainable, system-wide improvement.

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
