You must also engage with clients, drive sales, and help foster a welcoming community atmosphere that embodies our passion for wellness and fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Convert Leads into membership
- Follow up with all new inquiries and trail clients
- Drive membership sales to hit monthly revenue goals
- Drive membership sales through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Conduct studio tours and showcase our unique Pilates offerings to potential clients.
- Welcome and assist clients in their fitness journey, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily sales operations, including tracking leads and following up with prospective members.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies and events.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Support the overall goals of the studio by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Pilates or fitness trends is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
