Position Summary:
The Lead Sales Engineer owns Bridgehead ITs Sales Engineering department and serves as the primary technical lead in the pre-sales process. This role requires deep hands-on IT experience, broad technical fluency across infrastructure, cloud, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity, and the confidence to lead constructive conversations with Sales, internal teams, and clients. The right candidate will be a builder and operator who can create structure, enforce accountability, protect delivery quality, and ensure every solution is scoped accurately, positioned effectively, and profitable to deliver. This is a high-visibility role that directly impacts win rates, deal velocity, customer outcomes, and the smooth transition from sale to implementation. It also carries responsibility for helping build and scale the Sales Engineering team over time, creating the foundation, process, and culture needed to support future growth.
