What Youll Do
As our Lead Sales Associate, youll be the heartbeat of the studios front-end success. Youll play a pivotal role in growing our member base, developing our sales team, and driving revenue with your leadership and strategic insight. So if youd like to know the ropes as well as you know your members names, set goals and surpass them, partake in premier customer service, all while growing yourself personally and professionally, then Orangetheory just might be looking for you.
Lead Studio Sales Efforts
• Engage with potential members, provide high-energy studio tours, and convert interest into long-term memberships • Create a welcoming, positive first impression that reflects the Orangetheory brand • Drive B2B Outreach & Local Partnerships • Proactively network within the community and cultivate B2B partnerships to boost member acquisition • Identify and execute local events, promotions, and outreach opportunities • Lead, train, and motivate the Sales Team • Be a role model by demonstrating sales excellence and a positive attitude every day • Support onboarding development and training of new Sales Associates to hit goals and deliver top-tier service
Operations & Revenue Management
• Take ownership of studio inventory and operational tasks • Assist the Regional Manager in executing daily business functions with precision and excellence • Every day will be different, but youll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout you want everyone to love as much as you do.
What Were Looking For
1-2 years of sales, fitness, or management experience (fitness sales is a huge plus) Strong leadership and organizational skills Passion for health, fitness, and the Orangetheory brand A self-starter with a growth mindset and team-first attitude Flexible schedule with potential for evenings & weekends

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance, so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
