Enterprise Sales Strategy & Planning Business AnalystThe Sales Business Analyst role supports UKG's Sales teams by analyzing data, forecasting, and ensuring data integrity across sales tools.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with Group Vice President to support business needs and strategic planning in a proactive Chief of Staff capacity.Collaborate closely with Sales leaders to build, model, and oversee sales territories for Enterprise Retail, coordinating transition processes in account management with the Account Governance Team in Salesforce.Conduct weekly forecasting sessions with sales representatives and leaders to identify forecast risk, opportunity, and overall health.Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for the Group Vice President, Sales Vice President, and sales representatives, addressing inquiries related to Salesforce and sales tools and managing ad‑hoc data requests.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and account data within Salesforce and other relevant systems.Partner with GTM functions to support growth initiatives such as Sales Plays and pipeline hygiene.Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce and facilitate training sessions for sales partners to promote consistent adoption.Act as a liaison between sales and Salesforce systems teams.Develop customized reports and dashboards in Clari and SFDC to support sales initiatives; collaborate with the GTM Advanced Analytics team and Finance on tools, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.Manage and conduct audits on data, sales roles, users, and sharing rules used by the sales department.Review closed deals to verify data accuracy and align systems.Offer system enablement and tool administrative support to sales leadership as needed.Participate in ongoing auditing activities and month‑end audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and executive‑level slideware as needed.Basic Qualifications5+ years supporting VP+ level Sales Leaders in a SaaS company with deep understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting methodologies, deal qualification, and pipeline metrics.Passion for growth and desire to be a trusted business advisor to field leadership.Excellent judgment, interpersonal communication skills, and follow‑through.Strong written and verbal communication; active listening and summarization skills.Highly skilled in Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce.com.Highly self‑motivated, analytical, with demonstrated problem‑solving and sound business decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.Proven ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Enterprise Sales leaders and sellers with understanding of enterprise‑size business nuances and metrics.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.Proficiency in slideware creation in PowerPoint and presenting at an executive level.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Familiarity with Clari and MEDDPPIC.Ability to proactively influence, advise, and collaborate with teams.Experience working in a remote team environment and cross‑functionally.Travel RequirementsLess than 25% travel.Pay Range$102,300 to $147,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and work location.
