What you will do:

• Deliver high-impact training through classroom sessions, virtual workshops, webinars, and self-paced programs. • Develop and update training content, including curricula, assessments, exercises, role plays, multimedia tools, and support materials. • Evaluate training effectiveness by creating surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and using insights to improve programs. • Coach and mentor trainers, providing observation, feedback, and support to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across teams. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with business strategy, sales initiatives, and product knowledge needs. • Coordinate and support training logistics, including schedules, materials, registration, communication, and classroom readiness. • Maintain subject matter expertise in sales processes, customer engagement, and relevant product or industry knowledge.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. • 7+ years of experience with a degree, or 11+ years without, in sales training, sales enablement, product management, marketing, operations, or related fields. • Experience supporting sales teams or delivering sales-focused training. • Ability to travel extensively.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Skilled in delivering engaging training programs both virtually and in person, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities. • Experience in instructional design, including needs assessment, content development, and creating evaluations or assessments. • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support trainer development and performance consistency. • Knowledge of sales processes, product or industry concepts, and customer engagement strategies. • Proficient with virtual training platforms, LMS tools, and basic multimedia content creation.
