Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and production support experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce application development, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support, preferably within the HR Technology/HR domain.

Candidates should have experience working in Tier-1 organizations and be comfortable taking technical ownership of Salesforce applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce applications.
• Provide strong hands-on production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Monitor Salesforce applications and ensure system stability, availability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Work with Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, flows, security, and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, architects, and other technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to Salesforce developers.
• Participate in application releases, deployments, testing, and change management.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide timely resolution for critical issues.
• Develop technical documentation, support procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow enterprise security, scalability, and development standards.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise/HR technology applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and production support processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce application production support.
• Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in enterprise/Tier-1 organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior/mid-level Salesforce developers.

Preferred / Domain Experience

• Experience working in HR Technology / HR domain is strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAS is preferred.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HR, employee, workforce, or enterprise applications is a plus.
• Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical Salesforce environments.
• Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
