Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead end-to-end SAP enterprise architecture and solution design, focusing on SAP ECC Finance and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Direct at least two full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations, including requirements gathering, development, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Architect and develop advanced SAP ABAP solutions on HANA, using technologies such as OO-ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP/Open SQL, and RICEFW.
- Drive cross-module and systems integration across FM, GM, FI/CO, MM, O2C, PS, HR, Payroll, and REFX, leveraging SAP BTP, PI/PO, Web Services, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow, and Web UI frameworks.
- Serve as technical lead in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments, providing accurate development effort estimation, resource planning, and driving change and release management.
- Oversee production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and critical issue resolution for enterprise SAP landscapes.
- Ensure internal controls, data lineage, and best practices for SAP landscape management.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with business processes.
- Maintain strong communication skills, supporting workload estimation and effective change management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years' experience as an SAP Developer or Architect, with expertise in SAP ECC Finance and SAP S/4HANA.
- Advanced ABAP development experience, including ABAP on HANA, OO-ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL, and RICEFW.
- Experience integrating SAP modules including FM, GM, FI/CO, MM, O2C, PS, HR, Payroll, and REFX.
- At least 5 years' experience with SAP HANA and SAP integration architecture (SAP BTP, PI/PO, Web Services, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow, Web UI).
- Experience delivering full SDLC projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Required certifications:
- SAP Certified Development Specialist ABAP
- Formal SAP technical certification in supported product line
- Certification in at least one formal development methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
