Job Description
- Develop and maintain Primavera P6 master schedules for mission-critical projects from preconstruction through turnover
- Coordinate phase sequencing, pull planning, and milestone alignment with PMs, superintendents, designers, and trade partners
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks impacting high-risk systems and commissioning activities
- Track progress against baselines and support schedule recovery plans when delays occur
- Provide schedule reporting and forecasting to project teams and owners to ensure schedule certainty

The Successful Applicant
- Experience working for a large general contractor on complex, large-scale mission-critical or data center projects
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 software
- Strong understanding and application of Lean scheduling principles across all project phases
- Proven ability to own and manage the full project schedule, not just a single scope or trade
- Strong communication and coordination skills to align PMs, superintendents, designers, and trade partners around schedule execution
- Open to travel across the nation and be on-site when required
