    How you'll make an impact in this role

    • Act as a primary lead for the security team, maintaining a protected environment for all personnel and guests.
    • Engage in supervising, mentoring, and assessing the performance of team members.
    • Support operational excellence by coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and facilitating effective resolution of issues.
    • Execute the standard responsibilities and functions of a security professional.
    • Champion a collaborative culture; audit team documentation for precision, intelligibility, and detail.
    • Examine, report, and oversee security events and risks while resolving high-level concerns.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
    • Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required.

    One or more of the following are preferred:

    • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
    • Law Enforcement.
    • Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.
    • Security Professional.
    • Security Guard specializing in Healthcare.

    Education:

    • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate''s degree, or Technical degree required.

    Work Experience:

    • 1 year of experience required.

    What additional preferences we''re seeking

    Prior security or law enforcement experience.

    Background in lead or supervisory roles preferred.
