Job Title: Lead Selenium Tester
Duration: 30 Months
Location: Albany, NY (Onsite from Day 1)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Lead Selenium Tester to oversee quality assurance efforts across complex, high-impact projects. This role requires strong leadership experience, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to manage testing activities within a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 84 months of experience working on complex projects, including at least 2 years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst, involving documentation, reviews, and stakeholder approvals of test results using industry-standard methodologies
  • 84 months of experience in client-focused quality assurance, managing testing across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains in a matrix organization
  • 60 months of experience in developing test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and automated testing in a software development environment
  • 60 months of experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Jira plug-ins, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center
  • 60 months of experience configuring automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar tools
  • 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and execution, preferably within the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium or similar tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
