PENDING CONTRACT AWARD Mission Objectives - The OCIO requires comprehensive support for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to enhance the digital modernization of weapon systems for PAE Fires. The Lead Senior Enterprise Architect drives the digital transformation strategy, defines architecture standards, and leads the adoption of advanced digital technologies, automation, and MBSE methodologies across the enterprise. Position Responsibility Summary:
Primary Function (PWS 1.16.1.3, 1.16.5): Leads strategic enterprise architecture design, modernization, and enterprise-wide configuration management across all classified and unclassified environments. Provides the vision and technical authority to align all functional teams under a unified architecture. Cross-Functional Network Alignment (PWS 1.16.2.1, 1.16.2.2):** Cross-trained in Network Architecture design and mission network planning/policy development to ensure seamless alignment between enterprise architecture decisions and the underlying network infrastructure. Directly evaluates network design proposals for architectural compliance, participates in Network Load Balancing assessments for virtual environments, and provides qualified backup to the Network Lead during surge periods, infrastructure redesigns, or personnel transitions. |
