We are recruiting a Lead/Senior Estimator in Fort Myers to become the Director of Preconstruction's right hand.
This is not another production estimating seat.
The work is 90% conceptual and 10% hard bid. The mandate goes beyond producing numbers: improve estimate quality, strengthen the process, and help build a stronger
Compensation is $130K-$150K, plus a discretionary bonus, 4% profit sharing, and approximately 95% of employee healthcare paid.
