What You Will Do
Design and implement robust full-stack applications using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and functionality.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, leveraging OpenAI technologies.
Optimize application performance and scalability in a hybrid work environment.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Utilize Slack for effective communication and project management within the team.
Drive the development of new features based on user feedback and market trends.
Ideal Candidate Background
4-7 years of experience in full-stack engineering, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
Proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications.
Experience working with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in technology.
Preferred
Experience in the data industry or related fields.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $270K, complemented by competitive equity options. This company also offers a referral reward program, enhancing the overall compensation package for successful candidates.
