We are seeking a Lead/Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for field leadership, schedule execution, quality control, safety performance, and coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Requirements A qualified candidate will have 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor and a proven background leading K-12, municipal, healthcare, or similar commercial construction projects. Must demonstrate strong scheduling, safety, subcontractor coordination, quality control, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project performance from start to finish.| Location | Southlake, TX |
