Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget expectations.
- Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project updates to key stakeholders.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.
- Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule challenges proactively.
- Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors throughout project execution.
- Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff.
- Manage site logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and final turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
- Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale ground-up construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and scheduling practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
