Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Time Server who is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to long-term employment (at least one year). This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of our team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly communicative, and a natural salesperson who can upsell menu items and create an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into Toast POSBe a strong salesperson by upselling menu items, specials, and add-ons to enhance guest experience Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions with confidence Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Complete a daily checklist of tasks to maintain efficiencyUtilize team communication tools, including WhatsApp group chats, to stay updatedWork with digital programs such as Toast POS, OpenTable reservations, WhatsApp chat sessions, and any additional software introducedTake initiative in problem-solving and contribute ideas to improve service operationsDemonstrate a long-term commitment to growing with KÖY Grill
Requirements:
