The Lead Service Specialist assists the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Hospitality Services including maintaining visitor's offices, conference rooms and collaboration space

  • Assign production tasks to team members

  • Work independently on print/copy/scan production assignments without direct supervision

  • Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked

  • Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveries

  • Food service and meeting room configuration

  • Assist management with training new hires on all processes

  • Other duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities && reception

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment

  • Ability to lead others in a professional manner

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints

  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

  • Preferred Shift: 10:30a.m to 7:30p.m

The Compensation range for this role is up to 22.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
