Lead Service Technician

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated HVAC Technician to perform residential heating, cooling, and air quality service, maintenance, and installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer‐focused, and takes pride in delivering high‐quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

• Perform system tune‐ups, inspections, and safety checks

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, thermostats, and IAQ products

• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended solutions

• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism

• Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and documentation

• Follow all safety standards, codes, and company procedures

• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of HVAC service or installation experience (preferred)

• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces

• Excellent communication and customer‐service mindset

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
