Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Secret Clearance Required - Hybrid in San Antonio, TX
Job Description
IPSecure is seeking an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the operational stability, scalability, and reliability of the platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available infrastructure, automation capabilities, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), enterprise monitoring solutions, and CI/CD pipelines. This role will work closely with development, cybersecurity, and operations teams to improve platform resilience, streamline deployments, and optimize system performance in support of mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in systems administration, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps with a focus on automation and reliability engineering.
Current professional-level cloud operations or DevOps certification, such as:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, or
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise logging and monitoring platforms, including Splunk or Elastic Stack.
Active Secret security clearance (minimum required).
Strong understanding of Linux and Windows server administration, automation frameworks, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud operations.
