Job Summary:
The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and delivering high‑quality, scalable engineering solutions that enhance developer experience and accelerate enterprise delivery across the Chief Development Office (CDO). This role partners closely with product owners, platform teams, and engineering leadership to analyze requirements, influence architectural patterns, and execute modernization initiatives. The engineer operates with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating strategically to ensure solutions align with architectural standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.
