    Lead Software Engineer (Java / BPM / Kafka)
    Location: Pittsburgh, Dallas, Columbus, Strongsville, Charlotte, Phoenix  (Onsite)
    Role Description
    Seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design and deliver enterprise applications. The role involves providing technical leadership, guiding development teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
    • Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams to define solutions and drive successful delivery.
    • Drive technical design, code quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Strong experience building enterprise applications, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

    Apache Kafka
    Advanced
    Extensive experience designing event-driven architectures, messaging solutions, and Kafka-based integrations.
