Seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design and deliver enterprise applications. The role involves providing technical leadership, guiding development teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams to define solutions and drive successful delivery.
- Drive technical design, code quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
