What You'll Do
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Support Spa Associates through coaching, training, and daily guidance
- Meet and exceed membership sales and retail goals
- Build lasting relationships with members and guests
- Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations
- Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks
- Help create a positive, results-driven team culture
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for wellness
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
