Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Lead Spacecraft Mechanisms Technician to join a Commercial Space Technology company located in West Texas through 100% onsite work. The Lead Mechanisms Technician will perform hands‑on mechanical assembly, integration, and testing of spacecraft mechanisms while leading junior technicians and supporting high‑rate satellite production.

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 depending on experience

$10K Relocation bonus + 5K temp housing allotment, monthly stipend ($750-$1000), RSUs, unlimited PTO (after 90 days)
