Lead Specialist - Appointment Setter (Lancaster, PA)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

• Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term
• Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours/week
• Must be available on weekends 
• On-Site
• Location: Lancaster, PA 17603

• Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to prospective customers
• Follow company scripts and processes to qualify leads
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the calendar
• Handle basic customer objections professionally and confidently
• Accurately update customer information and interaction notes in the CRM
• Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals

• At least 1 year of recent direct appointment setting experience (required)
• Previous call center, inside sales, or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, coachable, and able to work in a goal-driven environment
