Qualifications: Aspen IP21 experience-RS Linx experience (Def not required but would come in handy)-Experience setting up servers-SQL DB experience-Firewall experience (To the extent of knowing what to put in a ticket, not be a security expert)-ITIL License-Cisco networking experience-Security+, Network+, CSA, etc... Any relevant certs
Responsibilities: Desktop/Laptop Support-App installation-OS installation / imaging-Basic network troubleshooting-Strong understanding of TCP/IPv4 network protocols-Microsoft/Windows experience-Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (Physically able to rack and stack servers and network gear)-Help desk or experience using a ticketing system like Service Now-Customer service experience (Even working in retail or service industry shows they know how to treat customers/users)-Basic printer experience insofar as configuring the IP address and installing the device on PCs-Strong communication skills with email, teams, etc...-Organization and documentation.
