Lead Steel Welder / Fabricator

Pay: $25–$32/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift - Full-time - Permanent

What You’ll Do:

• MIG weld steel components for custom ductwork and ventilation systems
• Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fit, tack, weld, and finish assemblies
• Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy
• Keep a clean, organized workspace
• Purchase your own tools after training is completed

What You Need:

• MIG welding experience
• MUST HAVE Galvanized and Carbon Steel Experience
• Ability to read welding symbols and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Willingness to buy personal tools once trained
• Ability to perform physical fabrication tasks
