    Location: Tulsa, OKSchedule: Hybrid flexibility availableAn established and rapidly growing engineering and project delivery firm is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer or Structural Engineering Manager to oversee structural design efforts and lead a high-performing engineering team. This is a senior leadership opportunity supporting complex industrial and manufacturing facility projects.The successful candidate will play a key role in both technical execution and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for industrial buildings and steel structures using software such as RISA and STAADDevelop technical drawings, specifications, and scopes of workLead and mentor the structural/civil engineering team, overseeing project deliverables, budgeting, scheduling, and quality controlReview and approve general arrangement drawings, shop drawings, and engineering reportsConduct site visits to evaluate structural conditions for both new and existing facilitiesCollaborate with clients, contractors, and fabricators to ensure alignment on project requirementsEnsure compliance with applicable building codes, industry regulations, and engineering standardsSupport client relationships and contribute to successful project executionQualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license required10+ years of structural engineering experience, with strong background in industrial and steel designSignificant field experience related to building and structural systemsPrior experience leading or managing a structural engineering teamProven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client expectationsProficiency in RISA, STAAD, Civil 3D, and preparation/review of structural drawingsStrong knowledge of steel, concrete, and building design codes#J-18808-Ljbffr
