Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional haircuts and customer service
- Create a memorable experience for every child and parent
- Assist with coaching and mentoring team members
- Help maintain salon standards and cleanliness
- Support daily operations and guest experience initiatives
- Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and teamwork
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Cosmetology License
- Previous salon experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable working with children of all ages
Schedule
We are currently hiring for:
- Weekday shifts
- Weekend shifts (must be available for Saturday & Sunday)
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
