Lead Superintendent

The successful candidate will initially lead a $5M ground-up maintenance building project located at a private golf course in Hamilton, MA, while positioning themselves for future opportunities across the firm's New England project portfolio. Responsibilities include leading all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout, managing subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, coordinating closely with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants, conducting regular site meetings and maintaining project documentation, monitoring quality control programs and ensuring adherence to company standards, reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to proactively address construction challenges, and utilizing Bluebeam and Excel to support reporting, scheduling, and project tracking.

A successful Lead Superintendent should have proven experience serving as the lead Superintendent on ground-up construction projects, strong site leadership and subcontractor management abilities, experience overseeing projects ranging from approximately $1M-$30M+ preferred, diverse project background across multiple sectors is highly desirable, ground-up construction experience is strongly preferred, ability to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and field personnel, proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel, stable work history and a collaborative personality that aligns with a strong team-oriented culture.
