Lead Superintendent - Construction - White Plains
Our client is a leading General Contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, and residential developments throughout the Northeast. As a Lead Superintendent - Construction - White Plains, you will be responsible for:
- Leading all field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Managing and mentoring Assistant Superintendents and site teams
- Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Driving project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
- Coordinating site logistics, deliveries, and workforce planning
- Overseeing wood-frame construction from foundation through turnover
- Managing quality control and ensuring work meets project specifications
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project requirements
- Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
- Conducting weekly progress meetings and project planning sessions
- Managing inspections, testing, and agency approvals
- Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
- Leading punch-list completion and project closeout activities

The successful candidate will have:
- Active NYC DOB Superintendent License
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience in construction
- Extensive experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Strong wood-frame construction experience, including podium and wrap-style developments
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple field teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, and related construction software
- OSHA 30 Certification required
