Lead Superintendent - HealthcareThe Lead Superintendent - Healthcare will:Lead all on-site activities for healthcare renovation and addition projects.Manage projects ranging from $5M to $10M in value.Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts.Ensure successful execution of work in occupied and operational environments.Collaborate closely with project management teams, clients, and field personnel.Drive project delivery while maintaining budget, schedule, and client satisfaction goals.Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and communication.Support and mentor field teams while reinforcing best practices and company standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
